Here is my doodle of a suman for our Christmas countdown drawing activity initiated by @quatro. I don't usually find suman but they are popular during Christmas. My drawing today shows a rough sketch of a suman pinipig with latik. The upper portion of my drawing shows two suman stack together with their wrapping and the other two at the bottom shows how they would look like without the wrapping. The brown sauce is what we call latik. It could be a liquid type of topping or the reduced form both of which are made from coconut milk. This is probably my favorite type of suman as we have a few of them depending on where you are from. I hope you guys like my quick drawing and I hope I did justice drawing this delicious kakanin.
