Wednesday walk : Train tracks

Hallo how are you Hive friends? Good news of course. Thank you Wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay. This time I took a morning walk on the railway tracks one of the option. Located in the small town of Sukabumi, west Java.

One of the train lives in the south of Java island. This train line was built since the Dutch Colonial era in Indonesia. Formerly the train transportation to carry spices to be sent to the capital city of jakarta was formerly called batavia.

The train line that I passed was the departure line from Sukabumi city station towards Bogor city station with distance of about 60 kilometers. And vice Versa from the train from Bogor station to Sukabumi city station.

In a day there are four departure from Sukabumi city to Bogor station, with a travel time of approximately 2 hours. In the morning when Sukabumi station to Bogor station, vendors take advantage of the railroad tracks to trade on the highway crossing.

Some sitting, and those heading towards the station area are closed off with iron fences. When the train is scheduled to depart, the railway crossing gate are closed and the vendors temporarily move, Sukabumi city train station is close to the city market.

Walking on the railroad track, the rhythm of foot steps following the rail has a distance of about 80 centimeters. And if you meet someone passing by, someone must give way, as seen when someone is carrying goods.

The condition on the left and right of the railway tracks that I passed were shop buildings that faces away from the railway track, because in front to the shop was a road. I walked on the railway tracks for about 30 minutes.
