Home -cooked menu
Greetings everyone
How are you dear friends? Thank you Eating out by @shawnnft. Lunch with a home-cooked menu reminds us of the simple culture of our parents in Java in the past.
They used to cook traditional dishes passed down from generation to generation. My family and I stopped by Den Wir a restaurant located in the Kota Gede of Yogyakarta. The building is typical of central Java in the form of a joglo, with wooden construction dominating the building.
Homemade dishes are served by picking what you like yourself. Various traditional menus are served in containers. Traditional menus for lunch, such as fried Tempeh, fried Tempeh with flour, sour vegetables, stir fried bean sprouts.
Fried chicken with galangal seasoning, plus crackers and a little chili sauce. This home-cooked menu is still cooked using a stove, fueled by wood.
After Eating I went to the cashier and paid.
Thank you for your reading.
