Tamarind vegetables and Fried Fish

Greetings healthy and happy, this time I will share a story about the dining menu in a area, precisely in the City of Pemalang, Central Java.

There is a simple restaurant located not far from the Government office, this restaurant is open from morning until noon, because it is not until the afernoon.

This restaurant already food stals visited, especially at lunch, the air is quite hot in Pemalang City because it is quite close to the beach.

Visitor who eat at the stals have eaten here several times. As I do every time I return to the area,don't mish taling lunch here, the menu is not far from the results in the area such as fish,tempeh fried in flour.

Fish from fresh seafood, there is vegetables bean sprouts as lalab, the vegetable tamarind menu consists of sweet potatos leaves,pieces of young corn,pieces of young papaya.

For the vegetables sauce add starfruit,red onion,garlic,for chili use raw chili sauce, there is chili seasoning,red chili,sugar,shrimps paste,add salt.

How to eat this menu, fish put in chili and then eaten,or rach menu can be esten one by one,although a simple dish for many people who like it, and this dish has become the main menu,there can be fish.

Various types of fish sambal and this kind of traditional eating menu has be come part of the main stay menu.

The taste of this menu is of course a little sour taste and will taste the shrimp paste,and fried tempeh flour as a taste enchancer, and it is certain that those who eat a menu like this will sweat and the weather is quite hot. Thank you.
