Re-Discovery Equals Growth

When we don’t give up, we glow up. ✨

So much of growth happens via re-discovery.

We learn lessons after an uncountable number of times and lose ourselves in deep emotions like pride anger & fear faster than you can say your favorite curse word.

At a certain point, and you know when, you’ve learned the lesson painfully enough. And at this point, you’re finally really willing to try. And that is the important part.

Because that’s all healing is - the willingness to try and try again, to rise above the old stories about how it should be and start consciously creating how it is.
