টিয়া পাখির ডাকে মিষ্টি সুরে,
টিয়া পাখি এত সুন্দর করে কথা বল কেমন করে,
খাঁচায় বন্দি টিয়া পাখি আকাশে ঘুরতে ভালোবাসো,
টিয়া পাখির গলাই ঘিরে লাল হার যেন
শোভা মেলে,
টিয়া পাখি বলে ডানা মেলে উড়ি আমি
সবুজ গাছের ডালে ডালে।
টিয়া পাখি বলে সুরে সুরে মন যে আমার নাচে,
টিয়া পাখি এডাল থেকে উঠালে গিয়ে খাই ফল আর মধু,

টিয়া পাখির রং আর সবুজ পাতার রং তো একই,
