WHAT is hope ? Hope is to expect and wish be optimistic; intend with some possibility of fulfilment
a specific instance of feeling hopeful- the general feeling that some desire will be fulfilled

At the beginning of each race, every runner on the track focus on the finish line, hoping to be the first to cross. However, only one person does, but hope is what keeps the faith alive that. A runner relies on his hard work, training and skills to finish up the fastest in time. Hope is what breaths the motivation not to give up.

We all are like the sprinters in a race, we started this year on high, hoping to get something or do something quite worthwhile. But situations has kept our hopes at bay, leaving us with no imagination or iota of motivation to keep on.

Today, as we continue the countdown, remember not to lose hope. Everything is liable to change, that you couldn't make it from January to this moment isn't a reason to waste the rest of this year. Find a little thing to show that you really want something from life. Be hopeful, it keeps you going, makes you relentless and confident that things will go your way.
