COVID - 19 PROPER HAND WASHING TECHNIQUES
SIMPLE STEPS TO ENSURE A CLEAN HAND
`1. Wet your hands with water
- Apply soap to hands
- Rub palm surfaces against eachother
- Interlace fingers of both hands and rub
- Clean thumbs with contralateral thumbs
- Rub tips of fingers against palmar surface
- Rinse hands and air dry
