Knowing God for yourself

many times I look at others and wonder how they got to where they are, I understand going through the rough terrain, tough times and seasons, cloud of uncertainties yet they kept the faith.

you see one thing will stand strong during tough times when you have lost hope and meaning in everything, the only strength left will be what your personal knowledge and indept revelation of who God is to you personally, it is this understanding that will sustain and keep you afloat in times when nothing make sense.

not based on what your pastor said, not based what you read somewhere or testimonies of others but your own encounter of who God is to you

because times when the cares of life will swing hard on you, moments will come when you can't open the Bible, or reach out to any one to help you, this is why knowing God for yourself is really important, not for religious sake but for your own personal relationship with God.
