The best way to contact ecency is their discord service at the following address:

• For public communication, there are several spaces with many entrances.
• For private communication, it is easily possible to chat with one of the managers.

In our case, the discussion and the resolution of our problem take less than 12 hours.

• We therefore hardly found their communication space which is not clearly indicated on their blog space.
• But as soon as we had access to their discord space, we are very satisfied with their interactions.
