First Earn token distribued for Promo + 0.1 EARN token giveaway

Hello, it's been a few weeks already since we started paying out earn token and pepe token to the hive delegator of @earn.vote, and we do a weekly post about all the rewards issued. We got a cool idea in order to get some token to distribute for promo without inflating the earn token price. We will "use" the post rewards of earn.vote to make promo.

I explain :
If a earn.vote post rewards is 2HP:2$, we get 1HP and 1$, in this case we will issue 1earn token because the earn token price is 1 hive and we got 1 hivepower rewards.
