Design the room using a PVC ceiling. Part #1
Hi Architect lovers..
Today I feel like the stupidest person in the nest community, why do I say that, because I just found out about this community, and actually my daily work is closely related to this community.
My job is a ceiling or attic installer with Pvc material, this work has been going on for more than 15 years, from wood, plywood, gypsum, and now using Pvc.
Maybe some of us do not know what exactly is meant by Pvc?
Polyvinyl Chloride abbreviated as PVC is usually better known as a type of polymer that is used as a material for making water pipes, but in water pipes we can see the type of material used is so hard, so even though PVC was first used as a pipe material, for ceilings it is very different how to make it.
PVC ceiling is in the form of polyvinyl chloride sheets. At first glance, this material is similar to plastic and has a light weight, so the installation of PVC ceilings is relatively easier than other ceilings, for colors and motifs it is according to the wishes of the owner of the house or room.
For example in this post I have prepared some pictures for you to see.
In general, PVC boards sold in the market today have several lengths, namely 3 meters, 4 meters, 5 meters, and 6 meters. While the thickness is 6 and 8 mm, for all brands the width is the same, which is 20 cm.
PVC ceiling has a high level of durability because it is not easy to break, or can be said to be difficult to break. As we know, PVC is well-known as an artificial material that has very tight and strong pores, for those of you who want to install a PVC plagon to choose a ceiling with a thickness of 8 mm, because the quality and power last longer.
I think that's where our discussion was about PVC ceilings, for friends who want to ask questions, please fill in the questions in the comments column below.
And finally I would like to say hello to @storiesoferne,
@discoveringarni,
@aplusd, Because of your hard work this community can grow.
