从小伴香港人成长的美国厨师牌鸡肉肠，无论BBQ抑或火锅打边炉，街边檔的架哩鱼蛋肠仔，都是用美国厨师牌鸡肉肠。早排这公司宣布倒闭结束营业之后，曾经一度炒卖到400元一包，唔知有冇傻仔买了，半年后到今日仍然可以买得到，不用400元，30元可以了。
