Teacher Portfolio Proposal

What if we had a blockchain platform for teachers to build their professional portfolio? Currently, as technology improves and changes, teachers' work gets lost in the shuffle. So, we need one place to permanently retain all of their work: course work, grad school projects, certification work, PD, conference material, presentations, administrative reviews, Unit Plans, and anything else relevant to developing their careers. Peers would be able to learn from one another's portfolios and best practice. Elements would be verified by each responsible party. The below images show my idea for a prototype that would use DLT to accomplish these goals and make teachers' life a little more efficient.
