SINGKONG FRIED CRISPY

Material: ⁣
1 kg of good quality cassava, peeled, washed and cut into pieces according to taste⁣
5 cloves of fine garlic and coriander to taste⁣
Salt to taste⁣
Cold water from the fridge is sufficient for soaking cassava⁣
Oil for frying⁣

Way: ⁣

  • Steam the cassava until it is tender for 25 minutes, but it depends on the cassava too
  • Provide a container to add ice water, then add salt, coriander and refined garlic, a taste test if it feels right enter the cassava in hot conditions into ice cold water, let the cassava to break by itself⁣
  • Then drain, and brown-fried until the color is good
  • Lift serve, soft and very soft
