SINGKONG FRIED CRISPY
Material:
1 kg of good quality cassava, peeled, washed and cut into pieces according to taste
5 cloves of fine garlic and coriander to taste
Salt to taste
Cold water from the fridge is sufficient for soaking cassava
Oil for frying
Way:
- Steam the cassava until it is tender for 25 minutes, but it depends on the cassava too
- Provide a container to add ice water, then add salt, coriander and refined garlic, a taste test if it feels right enter the cassava in hot conditions into ice cold water, let the cassava to break by itself
- Then drain, and brown-fried until the color is good
- Lift serve, soft and very soft
