Tempe just fried with flour is already very delicious ⁣
How to make crispy fried tempeh: ⁣
Material: ⁣
1 tempe beam is cut into pieces
200 grams of flour ⁣
1 tablespoon tapioca flour

  • Enough water⁣
  • Sufficient red chili and chives in chopped
    Salt, flavoring, pepper
    1/2 tablespoon Baking soda (the secret of fried crispy) ⁣
    Ginger powder (optional, so it smells good and color) ⁣
    Oil to taste⁣
  1. Mix all ingredients into flour, stir until evenly distributed.⁣
  2. Heat the oil⁣
  3. Apply tempeh to the flour mixture, then fry if the oil is hot enough with medium heat⁣
  4. Fried until tempeh is golden brown. Remove and drain. Ready to be served
