FRIED TEMPE
Tempe just fried with flour is already very delicious
How to make crispy fried tempeh:
Material:
1 tempe beam is cut into pieces
200 grams of flour
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
- Enough water
- Sufficient red chili and chives in chopped
Salt, flavoring, pepper
1/2 tablespoon Baking soda (the secret of fried crispy)
Ginger powder (optional, so it smells good and color)
Oil to taste
- Mix all ingredients into flour, stir until evenly distributed.
- Heat the oil
- Apply tempeh to the flour mixture, then fry if the oil is hot enough with medium heat
- Fried until tempeh is golden brown. Remove and drain. Ready to be served
