MY MOST EMBARRASSING MOMENT - LOH 295

This one is easy, i was just 14 years old and very much hyper when it happened.

I was part of a teenage group, and I had a crush on a certain girl
She was around 15 years old... 1year older than me, but that was no issue for me..

I was really ne to her whenever we had meetings, at some point it became obvious to everyone but i hid it quite well...

On a particular weekend, we were told that we would going for excursion and it was going to last 3 days.
Friday through Sunday..

With excitement i went to my parents and they gave their approval for me and my elder brother to both be a part the trip..

It was Friday, We headed out to the camp ground where we would be staying for the weekend, kept our luggages and we were told we would be going to the airport for a tour.

I was excited.
Finally and opportunity to impress her..

It was not my first time being on a plane or first time at the airport, i had flown before.
So, naturally i thought if i could show that i was used to thngs like that it would make her notice me.

The person who took us around asked if anyone had flown before, it was just my hands and brother's that was up.... Just what i needed..

He asked a lot of questions and i answered smartly.

She noticed me..

When we go back to the camp and she talked to me a few times.
We even sat together while having dinner

Then came Saturday, we had lots of activities and i was paired with her..
Best day ever..

Night came and i was exhausted, so i slept off.
We all stayed in one room, just a large hall..

I woke up to see a lot of people around me, all laughing.
I didn't think too much about it at the time, so i went back to sleep.

Finally, it was Sunday and we had to go back home.
Everyone stared at me weirdly, but i couldn't figure out what i had done.
Even my elder brother refused to say anything to me.
I just overlooked everything and went into the bus.

About 35mins into the journey, i noticed the most eldest amongst us who wasnt an adult stood up and went to the driver.

He had a small phone, and he connected it to the bus.
I didnt think much about it, i tought he just wanted play music.

He hit the play button, and i heard my voice...
I was shouting "I really like you Tayo", "please do you like me too"

I was shocked cause i couldn't reremember saying that..
Everyone laughed so hard and made fun of me.
Some even said "Tayo, please like him"

That was when it dawned on me, this was the reason they were all around me laughing when i woke up.
Apparently, i was talking from dream and they recorded it..

Tayo stopped talking to me after that.
I felt so embarrassed i almost jumped out t window.
