Fried Fish
Fried fish for Lunch today. Its a source of pure iron, calcium, protein and other important nutrients. I must say that one should include tuna fish in the diet plan. Its natural and healthy. No more preservatives and artificial flavors.
Weather is good too.. its raining heavily but not with lightning. How's your weather guys? Enjoyed the weekend?
Anyway I have added a photo of fresh fried fish which I'm sure you will be impressed with.
