LAST RESORT

This has become the last resort of many Nigerians in this difficult times of no electricity. It has become so bad the last one month as they barely bring the light these days. People now have to rely on powerbanks and solar power to charge their phone. We can even depend on generators powered by fuel because that has gotten too expensive as well.

Recently, I i came across a tiktok video where I solve students of a particular University and residence of that area carrying a new kind of power box. Apparently there is a brand called jazza and what they do is to rent out power boxes to people for a certain amount so that they can be able to use it to charge their mobile phones or laptops.

Based on what I saw in the video, people are really invested in the Vintage package because most people claim that the last time they saw electricity was 3 months ago. So students who needed their mobile phones to communicate with their friends, carry out lectures assignment and so on had no other choice than to rent this power bank.

As we can see, people have turned what the government is supposed to provide for the Common Man as a means of business that can enrich their pocket but also serve the people.
