JOBS WILL EVOLVE IN TEN YEARS

Basically jobs existing in the next 10 years is something that is possible because the future of work is not one that is determinant on jobs disappearing totally but about how these jobs adapt to changes that occurs over time. Even in our present world, we can see that things are changing and technological advancement are in place to make things easier for people to carry out task and their duties.

For instance, artificial intelligence, automation and robotics are changing the sphere of many Industries. In other words, human intelligence is still important but for your business to grow you need to incorporate and embrace learning and innovation.

So I do not think that many jobs will disappear rather I believe that they will evolve if they choose to bring down their ego and equip their workers with the new knowledge that is efficient for them to remain relevant in the industry. In other words, instead of disappearing or relegating to the background many jobs will rather adapt than because extinct because survivor is key.

In conclusion, the question of if my job will still be existing in the next 10 years is totally possible because the kind of job I do we work with data analysis and data reporting systems that has to do with dealing with physical clients so that their needs can be met. I do not think that a non-governmental into price that deals with people health that is constantly growing over time would be extinct just like that.
