DEALING WITH PEOPLE

Dealing with people who do not follow instructions can be a hassle sometimes. People just tend to make life frustrating for Coworkers because they feel they are always right and do not need to listen to another person on the right direction to take. No doubt, there are some people who are non chalant and refuse to take corrections but in formal settings that has to do with an organization that aims to achieve a common goal, they should tarnish that idea and work together so that there can be progress in that field.

I had an experience recently where someone refused to take to a particular correction despite the warnings of what could go wrong if the necessary criteria were not met. She hesitated and ended doing what she felt was right, when it was time for assessment age put everyone in jeopardy and could not even defend herself out of it.

Team work is a virtue that not all organizations can have but if you have, you are very lucky because someone can be so stone hearted. This is why I try as much as possible to adhere to strict instructions because, I work for someone and I have no right to heed them but to give my all in making sure that efforts are not in vain.

In all we do as humans, we should try to be cooperative and understand each other in whatever system we find ourselves.
