Today’s Yarn: Benz’s Blue Lagoon
Here’s what we’ve been working on during this week’s Twitch stream: sock yarn!
We started blending the fiber for this on Monday. Over the weekend I dyed enough Superwash Blue-Faced Leicester sheep wool in Sky Blue and Turquoise to make about six ounces of fiber. I blended it on the blending hackle with black alpaca from our herd member Benz and some nylon for durability. Last night on stream we began spinning it up. Can’t wait to finish this beautiful colorway!
