This is best eaten with rice, infact they are a perfect complement. I found myself having bowl after bowl of rice (5 total) because of how good it was. This along side another meat dish is enough for the meal.
This is the beef tendon, beef brisket, and beef stomach stew. Not a fan of the beef stomach but that's just my personal preference. Otherwise, the beef brisket is soft, meaty and very tasty. Again, if you feel like the tofu dish lacked some "meat", then this is the perfect complement to that dish.
