Local food
It is quite common in Norway to serve local food at restaurants. In Kalvaag they have fresh fish outside the door.
Here it is served with potatoes, pasta with pastinakk mash, green peas and just some sauce, I don’t know what kind, but it was tasty and a bit sour.
