City Train Moment
Hey Community
I made this sketch after looking at some random city photos I found online while browsing lazily looking for inspo today. It is not from a real trip, but I wanted to capture the feeling of a busy urban spot. The scene shows a red train moving on a high track, with a green car driving below. There are signs for a parking zone and a bike lane, and tall buildings in the back. I drew it quickly, trying to make it feel like I was there, even though I wasn’t. I used my sketchbook or rather made it look like a sketchbook to get that fast, on the spot look, like I was watching the city move around me. It was fun to imagine being in a place like this, noticing small details like the way the train looks against the sky, or how the signs add to the city’s energy and busy chaos. I like turning photos into drawings because it feels like I’m grabbing a piece of the world, even if I’m just at home. It’s a challenge to make something
