Siempre en mis días de entrenamiento sucede algo fuera de lo común y las risas no faltan, errores, caídas, chistes y más es lo que hace que mis entrenamientos sean muy agradables ya que suele suceder cuando entreno con mis amigos y siempre nos reímos mucho y nos olvidamos un poco de lo cansado que estemos, este es mi primer post en SWC espero les guste y se diviertan un poco, iré mejorando poco a poco referente a mis post, gracias por la oportunidad.

Always in my training days something out of the ordinary happens and laughter is not lacking, mistakes, falls, jokes and more is what makes my workouts are very nice because it usually happens when I train with my friends and we always laugh a lot and we forget a little tired we are, this is my first post in SWC I hope you like it and have fun a little, I will improve little by little about my post, thanks for the opportunity.
