I need help from the community

My two sons were arrested and I am looking for any video footage from St. Patricks Day on the Savannah River. One boy jumped in and was tased three times. The teenage brother jumped over the wall and tried to tell the police they could kill him with their tasers because of his recently diagnosed heart problem. Link to video

The police held them for the weekend and refused bail on Monday. The boy with the heart problem has been in the infirmary after being tased three times. The teenager that did nothing except try to save his brother is being held on charges of jumping in the Savannah River, which the video shows he clearly did not and obstruction of justice.
