Drill 9 - Beating an opponent

Hi guys, here’s drill 9. Don’t forget to check out the key points below

In the video below there are 4 skills which should allow you to beat a player in a 1v1 situation

• Maintaining a low position when performing the skill which will provide you security
• Accelerate away once the skill has been completed to gain space between you and the opposition
• This can be done as slow as you like until you have successfully learnt how to perform the skill effectively
• Always practice with both feet
