Oil pulling
I have decided tonight to try a little thing called oil pulling. As I already use coconut oil for its anti ageing and moisturising effects I have decided to use it for oil pulling.
It apparently has whitening effects, cleans your mouth of all bad bacteria and draws out any toxins . Today is day one so I will see. And will maybe do a before and after, after ten days to see the results.
