Kabali Pulaw - First Post on Hive

Hello Friends. I am hayat. I joined steemit about 2 years ago but quited again soon because I dont have good Internet or mobile and now i knew about hive. This is my first post on the new platform. I am food lover and specially i love Rice, so this post is about Rice dish "Kabali Pulaw".

You can find this dish in almost every region of Pakistan, but the best place to eat it is "Shinwari Restaurant", the good thing is that Shinwari restaurant has branches in about each big city of Pakistan, like lahore, peshawar, karachi and Islamabad etc.

Kabali Pulaw is enriched with raisin and beef or raisin and mutton and Kabali spices which enhance the taste of it. They also add cooked carrots dipped in sweets that give you a bit of sweet taste in each bite. The meat is also so juicy and tasty that you will want to eat again and again.

I am so foodie that I have numerous favourite dishes and this is one of my favourite.
