Sturdy flower.. and mindset

"You have a sturdy mindset"

Talking about sturdy, this is a very resilient flower, the mighty bougainvilleas, so after many days of raining, weather is incredibly nice today, tho there will be another typhoon coming. I woke up at 8:30 AM again. I have no idea what keeps waking me up at this exact time lately, but it’s been going on for almost a week, to think i went to sleep at 3:30am.

Anyway i was having breakfast, we were having a conversation and one of my uncles told me my mindset is really different, im not sure whether it was a criticism or a compliment.

One thing i can really flex is my ability to cringe in silence over people's opinions and mindsets,and how fast I can shift my mind and move on.It's very useful in handling difficult conversations instead of avoiding it.

and we call that cognitive flexibility.

Neuroplasticity is really cool.

We should spend more time inside our heads than on our phones.
