How are you.Hope all are you good. Today i,m going to participant Sunday - creative contest. In our country winter is coming. Winter season there available many winter vegetables everywhere.Vegetables are good for health and this seasonal vegetables is very tasty from summer vegetables. The one the most favourite vegetables in this season is cauliflower. So today i,m going to share a blog of cauliflower recipe with catfish.Hope all are you like our Bangali recipe.

Cauliflower recipe with catfish

Ingredients

1.Cauliflower
2.Cat fish
3.potato
4.Ginger paste -1 tbsp
5.Garlic paste -1 tbsp
6.Cumin paste - tbsp
7.Red chilli powder -1 tbsp
8.Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp
9.Turmeric powder -1/2 tbsp
10.Cumin powder -1 tbsp
11.Bay leave -2
12.onion
13.Salt - 1 and 1/2 tbsp
14.oil.

Cooking process

Step -1

First i,m going to cut cauliflower into small pieces. Then i,m going to wash it and keep it in a bowl.

Then i will chop some potato, wash it and keep it in a bowl also.

Step -2

Now i will take some catfish wash it and take 1/2 red chilli powder and 1/2 salt then mixed it with fish.Next i will take a a a pan and fry all catfish.After fry all catfish i will keep it in a plate

Step -3

Again i will take a pan and pour some chop onion and all spices powder. I will take 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp cumin powder and 1 tbsp Turmeric powder. Also take 1/2 tbsp salt.Then fry onions and all spices. When theses spices was fried i will take 1 tbsp cumin paste,1 tbsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp ginger paste and garlic paste.Give some water Again fry it.

Step -4

I, m going to give all potato into the spices and stir it for sometime. Fry all potato.

To boiled all potato properly i will give some water into the pan. Keep it about 10 minutes.

Step -5

Now i will give all chop cauliflower into the pan and give some water for cooked all cauliflower.

Step -6

Some minutes later cauliflower was cooked. Now i will give all fry fish into the pan. After 10 or 12 minutes later cauliflower recipe with catfish was cooked.

Serve

I will serve the cauliflower recipe with catfish in a glass bowl.It was look so delicious.It was one of Bangali recipe. I would like to eat it with rice.
