Realizing asset digitization and asset affirmation has always been HashFuture’s final goal. Now, we are happy to announce that we are one step closer to the target!

In order to let the users get newest land information more promptly and assure the transparency and security of users’ digital assets, recently, two important updates have been made to Hashworld:

1. LBS lands can be viewed in list!
2. Users can now tokenize their LBS lands!

LBS (Location Based Service) List

In the past, LBS lands were not shown in list. Users had to find lands through searching specific information, compare prices of different lands, and decide whether to buy the lands. The process was very complex and time-consuming.
Now, users can compare by viewing the list directly. It is much more convenient than before since you can sort lands by prices in the list.
Just follow these steps:

1.Click “Land”, choose “LBS Land”

2.Click “Total”, and a list of LBS lands shows up

3.Now you can choose to sort the lands with conditions including Popularity, Newest, and Price. Also, there is Search bar so that you can find your favourite land much quicker.

Lands Tokenization and De-tokenization

Lands tokenization is one of the most important feature under Hashfuture’s vision about asset digitization and asset affirmation.
From now on, users can tokenize lands and affirm assets through ERC721 protocol in Hashworld. Users can trade lands freely on chain and de-tokenize lands back to Hashworld.

Here are the steps to tokenize your land:

1.Click “Me”, choose “My Lands”

2.Click “Tokenize”

3.Enter or stick your Ethereum address in the Withdraw Address bar. Click “Confirm tokenization”, and follow the instructions shown on the screen and you can tokenize your lands easily.

Here are the steps to de-tokenize your land:
It means transfer your token of land to hashworld

1.Click “Land de-tokenize”

2.The system will automatically generate an address for you. Click "Copy address" and you can de-tokenize your lands.

Attentions:

1.Once your asset is on chain, it will no longer be under Hashworld’s supervision and your operation cannot be cancelled (in other words, if you enter a wrong address, there is no way to find your asset back).

2.Landlords will no longer benefit from the lands if they tokenize their lands. To gain benefit from their lands, landlords have to de-tokenize their lands back to Hashworld.

3.Users can identify their lands through informations from contract interface on myetherwallet.

4.Landlords can set slogans and owners’ names of their lands as their wish.
