We received new information about listing of our token on major exchanges (like Binance and others). In order to be listed on major exchanges, we should convert our token from security to utility type. We understand that our token being traded on major exchanges will increase its value, that's why, after much thought, we officially state that we make a change in favor of utility token type. We reserve the right to buy back issued tokens from open market using profits of our company to support the price of token.
