What is daos.fun?
daos.fun is a sort of fundraising platform for projects, creators, or anyone who wants to achieve valuable targets through fundraising and minting their own tokens.
There are two modes: Partner Mode and Founder Mode.
In Partner Mode, creators fundraise in SOL. This SOL is used to launch a DAO token. Everyone has the same price for the DAO token as a fair launch.
After the fundraising is completed, creators will invest 90% of the raised SOL in Solana projects that they believe have high potential to grow. And the rest of the SOL, 10%, goes public on an AMM.
In Founder Mode, it is possible to create a Kickstarter-style fundraising DAO entity for projects.
Projects that fundraise cover all areas, like art, AI, finance, or RWA, etc.
Founders create their DAO token and set raise and team allocations. Team allocation will be vested until funding is completed and then migrate to Raydium.
After the public sale, liquidity migrates to Raydium and the DAOS pool with a 50:50 ratio.
It's worth noting that daos.fun is still in its beta phase and access is currently limited to invited creators.
