The Peace the waves give
"White sands kiss the shore,
Sea shells scattered evermore,
Waves whisper softly, gentle and wide,
As nature’s breath flows with the tide.
In the quiet dance of earth and sea,
We find the peace that sets us free."
The poem above describes the feeling i felt when I visited the beach, the white waves, the sunset and the shells made the experience therapeutic.
