Haskena is an hausa word which means LIGHT ( my light) . This song gives me direction to success, the song is saying God is my light and my path wherever he goes I will follow.

The light of God gives inner peace not withstanding the challenges of life, it gives purpose direction and motivation, the light of God protect ie spiritual protection against every evil, shielding us from every harm and it's influence, the light of God helps us to develop strong morals, distinguishing the right and wrongs, the light of God leads us to eternal life.

Any time I sing this song I have this feeling that God is with me. Jesus Christ has assured us in the book of John 8:12 that I am the light of the world, whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will rather have light of life.

Believers are here by called to reflect Christ light in the world, sharing or propagating his kingdom message of salvation and hope with friends, families, neighbors,mates etc . Jesus light transform's lives, enabling Christians and believers to grow in maturity, connecting in harmony and understanding this light provides believers with guidance, purpose,hope, it also encourage truth, resist every temptation and profer integrity among believers .

John 1:4-5 says in him was life and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness (sins) and the darkness has not overcome it. God is the source of light, source of Truth and spiritual illuminations. Light of the world is a profound designation that encapsulates his divine roles .
