Wonderful Night

Hello everyone! It's almost a month since my last post, I keep telling myself that I'll write tomorrow, and when tomorrow's come, I repeat that circle again. But today I force myself to come here, or I'll regret because I keep wasting my time for nothing.

This is a gift for my niece, actually this picture base on a place around my town, but somehow I can't stop myself from adding aurora on it, haha.

Step by Step

First, prepare the tools, I used acrylic painting on canvas size 30x30.

Fisrt I make a sketch, but wait... something's wrong... this is a sketch of mosque!
Yup, I thought I'm about to paint something with mosque on it, but... I changed my mind, well, many times my painting turn up to be something I don't plan to make, lol.

Next I used white acrylic for the 1st layer.

Hmm.... another error part, haha

Painting the background.

Since Suha means little star, and my little nice born in a middle night, I decide to paint a starry night... but why Aurora? I don't know, I just feel like it.

Working on Aurora part, at this step I still think that I'd paint a mosque.

I don't know what's going on with my mind, I end up drawing mountains.

Now write the name.

I don't like the color of the mountains.

I think this is better.
