ingredients.
300 g Wet Noodles
1/4 kg of shrimp (original recipe using meat)
1/4 cabbage
50 gr bean sprouts (skip)
2 tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tbsp of sugar
1 1/2 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon vinegar (skip)
1 bay leaf
to taste leek
Ground spices :
1 bay leaf
7 cloves of garlic
10 cloves of red onion
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cm turmeric
2 cardamom seeds
10 pieces of chili pepper

step-step

  1. Saute the finer spices until fragrant then Enter the shrimp. Stir well

  2. Enter cabbage, bean sprouts, tomatoes. Stir well and wait until wilted. Next Enter the broth, salt, sugar, soy sauce. Stir well.

  3. Then Enter the noodles, stir well until the sauce is low. Finally add the leek which has been thinly thin and mix well.

  4. Turn off the fire and spicy aceh noodles ready to serve
