In honor of Benjamin Franklin, I've set up a group online to discuss issues of the day ranging from technology, culture, philosophy and more.

Purpose: Share what we're working on. Discuss other's ideas. Pursue deeper understanding of one another in an increasingly fractured technological society.

Franklin's words describe the purpose better than I could:

"Our debates were to be under the direction of a president, and to be conducted in the sincere spirit of inquiry after truth, without fondness for dispute or desire of victory; and to prevent warmth, all expressions of positiveness in opinions, or direct contradiction, were after some time made contraband, and prohibited under small pecuniary penalties."

Over time, we are going to adopt the old rules into the new order, but for now, we are just enjoying the conversation amongst people with differing viewpoints.
