Gaining your spark back
Motherhood is a beautiful journey but its also really overwhelming.
With the added responsibilities of caring for a child, it's easy to lose sight of our own needs and desires. Many women including me struggle to balance their new role with their own identity, leading to a loss of spark and sense of self.
I feel it’s important for mothers to prioritize their own selfcare even when its feels like there aren’t enough time which is also true.
As a busy or stay home mom here are few things i do as self care
Here are a few tips for incorporating self-care into your busy schedule:
- Prioritize your appearance;Take a few minutes each day to style your hair, apply a moisturizer, or put on a smile.
- Use skincare products;Keep your skin healthy and glowing with a simple skincare routine.
- Eat nutritious food;Fuel your body with healthy, wholesome foods that give you energy and support your overall health.
- Make time for fun;Whether it's reading a book, taking a walk, or enjoying a hobby
