The 1oz silver Loki bar: the tird of the collection

  The collaboration between the Royal Mint and Germania has been a part of my collection of silver for since last year, when I bought the first Odin bar. The post has 10 months and in the middle, I also bought the Thor one, which I think I didn't post about (at least I couldn't find the post).

  Silver is going in an interesting right. I got this third part of the collection on December when Silver was going up crazy! I remember buying for 89 CAD and two weeks later it silver surpassed 100 CAD, crazy ride. I know that other sellers also got this bar and people in the end paid more than I just because of timing.

  A few weeks ago ,I was talking about the new releases of the mint, which include the Heimendall and Loki rounds, but their price already started above 120$ CAD each, that's why I decided to stay with this one a bit cheaper. It brings the trickster god, seated, showing his torso without a shirt and a helmet. The mintage is about 50,000 pieces of this bar with no serial number, but it is still nice.

  I checked a few places, and you still can buy this bar on some websites for up to 150 CAD.I am not sure that I am going to keep buy this collection. If they release new Norse gods, I will find the next one around double what I paid for this one.

  Perhaps it is time to rethink my collection. I heard some good tips about selling some silver soon or even converting it to gold pieces. Maybe I should start to collect more copper pieces; there are some with nice designs. The problem is that the chances of copper going up are minimal. So I will just buy something that will be difficult to resell in the future.

  What would you do? Get gold? It is a bit to think! But one thing I know is that silver for me now just partial coins, perhaps I can still buy 1/4 oz of silver when I see around!

O post tem 10 meses e, nesse meio tempo, também comprei a do Thor, sobre a qual acho que não cheguei a postar (pelo menos não consegui encontrar o post).

  A prata está passando por uma situação interessante agora. Consegui esta terceira parte da coleção em dezembro, quando a prata estava em alta vertiginosa! Lembro-me de ter comprado por 89 dólares canadenses e, duas semanas depois, a prata ultrapassou os 100 dólares canadenses, uma montanha-russa. Sei que outros vendedores também compraram esta barra e, no final, as pessoas pagaram mais do que eu por causa do timing.

  Algumas semanas atrás, eu estava falando sobre os novos lançamentos da Germania, que incluem as moedas de Heimendall e Loki, mas o preço delas já começava acima de 120 dólares canadenses cada, por isso decidi ficar com esta, um pouco mais barata. Ela traz o deus trapaceiro sentado, mostrando seu torso sem camisa e sem capacete. A tiragem é de cerca de 50.000 peças desta barra sem número de série, mas ainda assim é bonita.

  Verifiquei em alguns lugares e ainda é possível comprar esta barra em alguns sites por até 150 dólares canadenses. Não tenho certeza se vou continuar comprando esta coleção. Se lançarem novos deuses nórdicos, o próximo custará o dobro do que paguei por este.

  Talvez seja hora de repensar minha coleção. Ouvi algumas dicas boas sobre vender algumas peças de prata em breve ou até mesmo convertê-las em ouro. Talvez eu devesse começar a colecionar mais peças de cobre; há algumas com designs bonitos. O problema é que as chances de o cobre valorizar são mínimas. Então, vou comprar algo que seja difícil de revender no futuro.

O que você faria? Compraria ouro? É algo para se pensar! Mas uma coisa eu sei é que, para mim, prata agora são apenas moedas parciais; talvez eu ainda consiga comprar 1/4 de onça de prata quando encontrar uma boa oportunidade!
