KitchenAid Fridge Temperature Control Problem

This is a brief video outlining the problem and remedy for a problem we had with our fridge. The fridge was not cool enough while the freezer was frozen solid.
This type of fridge depends on cool air being pushed from the freezer at the bottom up into the fridge compartment. If the freezer coil ices up it slows or stops the flow of air causing the fridge to be too warm.
