Straturday - Now for something completely different

My wife has discovered a couple of women that own an online clothing store called Moto. They advertise on Facebook and have these videos that go for what seems like hours with low quality audio that sounds even worse from the other room from a phone. She's said that a lot of the clothes that they sell look ridiculous but by the time the video has ended whatever multi coloured monstrosity they are parading in looks... not too bad.

Every now and then a little surprise will show up on the front door and before the delivery guy has time to let go of the package there is a crazy lady running down the hallway to meet them. The clothes seem to be pretty good quality and most of the time she's very happy with the purchase. I really don't care what she spends on clothes, both of us are very low maintenance. However occasionally she'll open one of the deliveries and wonder "What the hell was I thinking? I can't pull this off!”

Now you may be asking what this has to do with Straturday. Well sometimes I look through guitar tutorials that come with backing tracks and tabs and all that good stuff and after watching someone like Nili Brosh play it, I think I could do that! When I give it a go sometimes I too say "What the hell was I thinking? I can't pull this off!”

I love this song written by Australian/Melbourne drummer Virgil Donati. I can play the notes and can almost keep up when it's "not quite as fast" as the original.

I hope you all enjoy it and go and listen to more of Nili Brosh and Virgil Donati's stuff to see what it's supposed to sound like.
