A Good Leader!!
A good leader is one who would step on your shoes without messing up your shine. Most people think leadership is all about giving commands, setting rules and making people abide by them. But that's not what leadership is, leadership is meant to be a virtue,an attitude, something that exists in you which makes you unique.
A good leader would set rules and examples for people to follow without hurting them.
Leadership isn't something to be won or campaigned for. It should be a part of you(personality).
