The joe cell.
A hydrogen fuel cell that allows any combustion engine to run on WATER!!
Allegedly an Australian man named joe was able to build this cell and tested it in a car in the 90s.
Some claim his Cell is a type of hydroelectrolisis cell, which have been shown to be ineffective as power sources because they require more energy than they produce.
But Joe insists his cell produces energy indefinitely with minimal output required to power it.
His friend’s started filming him , showing off his inventions
and having him try to explain the mechanics of his creation.
The word spread out and more people starting making there own versions tweaking the concept and experimenting it, until the government got involved...
