EOS - The bulls are loading up!!!!!

I put together my Technical Analysis on EOS. We are currently in the buy zone from time of writing (about $5.60) down around $4. I have been increasing my bags as I know the dump is mainly caused by the SEC news to delay bitcoin ETF. Someone please tell me this dump is just as ridiculous as some of the others. I sense a big push from now until about next week.
