Coastal landscape...

This is a work of abstract expressionist art, which, indeed, suggests a coastal landscape.
I made it this same year as you can see in the signature.
Used a very energetic technique of splashes and drips (dripping), on a base of thick brush strokes.
The image conveys a lot of movement. The white and blue splashes at the bottom give the sensation of water splashing or foam breaking on the shore.
This could represent cliffs of reddish earth, a sunset illuminating the rocks, or perhaps warm-toned vegetation at the water's edge.
The upper area is full of greens (lime, emerald), turquoise and yellow. The base is very dark (almost black or very dark blue), giving depth to what appear to be trees, bushes, or a rocky hillside covered in moss and wild vegetation. The vibrant yellow looks like sunlight filtering through the leaves.
It is a very vibrant and colorful painting. It does not seek photographic realism, but rather to capture the sensation of a natural environment: humidity, light, the force of water and the contrast between the land (hot/orange) and the sea (cold/blue). It is a scene that invites the imagination.
I hope you like it and this description helps you understand the work a little more.
