The Great Deception Hindering Real Change

Jacque Fresco had been a great visionary and a staunch advocate and practioner of the concept of creating a Resource Based Economy. The idea is brilliant and proposes to ensure the unhindered access to resources of Mother Nature (Earth) to all sentiment beings living on this planet. In my view his concept is the next intellectual break through made by humanity after Karl Marx's. Both of them opposed capitalism as it is in practice leading to monopolies and increasing concentration of economic and thus political power in the hands of a few. Both of them proposed social ownership of nature's wealth and means of production. Jaque moved another way forward by proposing a non monetary or money fee economy as he considered money to be the greatest evil invoking human greed and violence quite in step with Marx who chose a different solution.

If we consider the universalisation of monetary system in its present all puvarsive format, it is a biproduct of the present capitalist system of production that is mass production. Ultimately the result of Industrial revolution as we know it today always tending giganticism and labour saving with ultimate total automation. This system has led to increasing human and nature's exploitation and social injustice and inequalities. Ever growing infinitely toward centralisation and concentration it has been continuing to destroy human value system and the basic life support system of our lovely planet.

Marxism was applied in practice in the form of communism but has since failed to ensure achievement of its fundamental objective that's ownership of means of production by the proletariat deteriorating into ruthless dictatorships just like so called "democratic capitalism" since both depend on the same industrial-technological complex which tend to concentrate power and weaken the power of The People in general, limiting the decision making to a small power wielding group.

Following the line of reasoning we can foretell the future of Jaque Fresco's ideology because it also depends on the same capilatist industrial technological complex as Marxism hence can not lead to decentralisation of power..
