Gaining my confidence back
I was suggested to post on this community! I’m part of the cannabis community I hope you guys can welcome me ! I been focusing on my self for the last month and a half and I wanted to share what I do in the morning as a beginner still! I have lost 19 pounds so far and I’m still going lmk if y’all have questions and or advice thank you :)))
